Active Release Techniques

Active Release Technique is an amazing system of analysis and treatment. In its simplest terms, it is a way to remove adhesions that can build up in tissues after an injury, or overuse, or just bad mechanics. My twin brother Mike invented the technique, and I must say it is brilliant in the way it is done. I am privileged to help Mike teach ART around the world now.

For most conditions, it takes only a week or two to achieve very good results. Done right, it is not very painful, and you should feel better after every treatment.
