Active Release Technique and Shoulder Conditions
To make a long story short, after ART, she could move the arm fully with no pain. Then we added LED light therapy with A Perfect Light, or APL. There was no pain left. We will do this a couple more times to be sure of fixing it, but she will be fine to compete.
