Insurance / Payments Accepted

We accept cash, check, Visa and Mastercard. Dr. Leahy is not contracted with any insurance companies, but if you have a PPO plan, the insurance claim can be submitted for you. We take cash up front and on the claim for there are instructions for your insurance company to reimburse you directly. Dr. Donaldson creates a superbill for his patients to submit to their insurance companies and is out of network as well. Dr. Svenson however is contracted with most insurance companies.
